Jaeil F&C Company started in South Korea as a coating manufacturer with the simple goal of producing top quality artificial leather. With our speciality being in the PVC and PU coating technology, we quickly grew to be one of the bigger companies to handle faux leather.

Being more than a decade into the industry, Jaeil was approached by one of the biggest clients in South Korea to apply our coatin technology for their products. Jaeil and Company S worked together to create the best quality coating for the premium boxes being shipped worldwide.
Thumbprint Technology
Year 2007
Breathable yet waterproof.
Jaeil introduced its first waterproof yet breathable coating technology in 2007 and marked this “Thumbprint”. Like any live skin where air and water is let out from inside, but kept from coming in, this coating technology performed the same for the fabric.
Environmentally conscious

Creating a solution for the world.
Jaeil recognized the detrimental effect the textile industry had on the environment. Recognizing the amount of waste being produced and the hazardous by-products being released into the air and water, Jaeil decided to invest heavily into the R&D section to find a solution to create a product that’s “sustainable without compromising performance”.

The alternative to PU/PVC leather.
Jaeil’s first breakthrough with finding a sustainable solution occured in year 2018 where we were able to find the right combination of silicones to create our silicone leather. With our rigorous testing and patience, we’ve made sustainable and performance oriented leather to fit almost all industrys’ leather needs.
Heat Transfer Vinyl (Silicone Label™)

Sustainable heat transfer vinyls.
Pushing its coating technology to the limit, Jaeil created its sustainable heat transfer vinyl line in 2019. With a softer touch on the surface with its myraid of beneficial features, it has become one of the most popular options for brands looking to enhance their consumer experience.

2020 & Current
Silicone Label enters Amazon US.
Focusing more on B2C, Silicone Label was accepted to sell on Amazon US. We made our B2B product smaller and more consumer friendly to target those in the DIY market. Silicone Label is on track to become one of the biggest players within the heat transfer vinyl industry.

Jaeil & Silicone Label @ PIS 2021
Jaeil entered PIS 2021 for the first time with its brand Silicone Label. More than 150 buyers dropped by the booth to set up a meeting for potential B2B transactions. Jaeil plans to roll out its leather brand in the upcoming year.
